Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between AskAlf, Inc. and the customer and reflects the parties' agreement on the processing of personal data.

Roles of the parties

For personal data processed on your behalf, you act as the data controller and AskAlf acts as the data processor, processing data only on your documented instructions.

Subprocessors

We engage vetted subprocessors to deliver the service and maintain a current list available on request. We remain responsible for their compliance.

Security measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, and audit logging, as described on our Security page.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
